About Us
My name is Mike Terveen, and I’ve lived and worked in Sioux Falls all my life. I started my construction career building houses after High School and started my own company 8 years later at 28. Since then, I have completed thousands of projects for homeowners and contractors in the area. I have always paid close attention to detail, and attribute this to my success. I demand perfection from my employees and subcontractors to ensure a happy customer. Whether it’s interior or exterior remodeling, we take the time needed to ensure high quality results.
Typically, you can find me at my kids sporting activities whether it’s the baseball diamond, football field or basketball court. If there’s any time left over, I’m at the golf course getting my buddy time in.
